Responsibilities
**Boutique Specialist Training:**
• Guide new employees through Mystery Shopper scripts
• Conduct Nessoft and machine training for new hires
• Provide coffee training
• Manage return procedures
• Handle cash and tax-exempt procedures
• Follow Nespresso policies related to products
• Communicate B2B points to guests
• Set onboarding training agendas
**People Management:**
• Develop staff schedules for daily boutique tasks
• Communicate company values
• Assist in setting work schedules
• Role play Mystery Shopper scenarios
• Recognize employee achievements
**Stock & Nessoft Management:**
• Ensure stock levels and supplies are maintained
• Submit stock transfers and returns
• Understand boutique budget for decoration and tasting products
• Report stock deficiencies
**Reporting:**
• Prepare and review sales reports
• Meet weekly with the manager
Qualifications
• 2+ years in customer relations and sales training
• Strong oral communication skills
• Experience in team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT phone systems, and statistics
• Ability to prioritize and analyze
• Attention to detail
• Skills in handling difficult customers
Preferred Qualification:
• Strong interest in coffee and our products
