Job Description

Under the supervision of the Manager, Housekeeping, this role involves daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas of the hotel, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires adherence to company policies, motivating and leading by example, and supporting a learning environment for team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuum hallways, meeting rooms, and public areas including pools and fitness rooms
• Clean and dust fixtures, walls, linen rooms, signs, sconces, stairwells, doorframes, and telephones
• Transport linens, deliver housekeeping items, and maintain storage areas
• Rotate mattresses and polish chrome and other materials
• Clean offices and liaise with operational departments
• Develop strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of housekeeping/janitorial experience
• Food Safety Certification
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment

• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and exposure to heat, cold, smoke, and verbal abuse
• Non-traditional work hours
