Position: Full-Time Brand Ambassadors

Brand Ambassadors are passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  2. Support store execution of company initiatives.
  3. Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  4. Innovate in engaging clients and expanding the client base.
  5. Represent the customer experience in-store according to RL Brand expectations.
  6. Support store and company vision through consistent service delivery.
  7. Engage in client initiatives and community outreach.
  8. Uphold RL core values and embrace new shopping technologies.
  9. Foster a collaborative environment centered on customer needs.
  10. Network and source talent proactively.
  11. Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and areas for improvement.
  12. Support alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
  13. Enhance product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  14. Maintain high productivity standards through effective store execution.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  16. Report category opportunities or needs to management.
  17. Ensure store standards and sales floor standards are maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
  1. Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Physical ability to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and operate chemicals; lift up to 30 lbs.; climb as needed.
  4. Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  5. Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel.
  6. Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
  7. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
