FSQA Technician – Day Shift

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM / 12:00 PM Start

Start Date: Immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Assurance Program.
• Incorporate quality methods into daily work processes.
• Inspect production materials for defects, correct issues, or remove defective items from production.
• Report defects to supervisors or managers.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvements organization-wide.
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation, including monitoring key quality indicators.
• Ensure all elements of the Quality System are upheld, focusing on product safety, regulatory compliance, and consistency.
• Provide training to plant employees to maintain quality awareness and a zero-defect mindset.
• Ensure food safety principles and legal requirements are effectively applied.
• Monitor temperatures of the production floor and coolers, and maintain water sanitizer temperatures.
• Support production supervisors to ensure proper traceability.
• Assist in conducting and analyzing shelf life testing.

Experience and Competencies

• Secondary Education
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Manufacturing experience is an asset
• Flexible schedule
