• Load/unload crates and transport farm products.
• Maintain fields, pens, and work areas in clean condition.

• The candidate must apply the technique of hoeing between the row.

• The candidate must dose water saturation, light, and temperature as directed for crop growth and development.
• The candidate will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volumein order to fetch high price in market.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions.
• The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must monitor animal health.
• The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
• The candidate will be responsible for seed cutting.
• The candidate must shear and shape trees and plants using a knife.
• The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
• The candidate must tie and secure plants.
• The candidate will be responsible for training trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
• The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
• The candidate must write daily basic progress reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• Candidate having experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• Farm operations include fruit and vegetable combination farming, other grain farming, and other miscellaneous animal farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp, dusty, hot, cold/refrigerated and dirty conditions.
• The candidate must be willing to work in hazardous conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
