Job summary

Silver Hills Bakery is seeking a Warehouse Freezer Associate to join our fast-paced production team. You will locate, pick, wrap and stage outgoing product in a freezer environment and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This role requires forklift certification, ability to lift 25 kg, basic RF and WMS knowledge, and strong English communication. We offer benefits including extended healthcare, RRSP, employee discounts, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Forklift certificate required.
• Able to lift 25 kg repeatedly.
• Basic RF and computerized WMS knowledge.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality standards set by the company.
• Locate, pick, wrap and stage outgoing product in freezer environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and compliant shipping area.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and packing boxes.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment within the plant.
• Operate and drive straight trucks for short routes.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Check, weigh, and count materials and products.
• Complete order picking, packing, and receiving.
• Handle material, inventory, and packaging tasks.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Perform other duties as required.
