Why is this role important

Our Store Colleagues are inspired doers. They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and product knowledge.

What you’ll do
  1. Provide excellent customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
  2. Maintain and stock product displays and shelves according to company standards.
  3. Ensure accurate product scanning, identify inventory needs, and assist with ordering.
  4. Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
  5. Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
  6. Lead, supervise, and coordinate store clerks in receiving, handling, and storing merchandise to achieve optimal results.
  7. Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  8. Maintain inventory and manage ordered merchandise.
  9. Accountability for the store in the absence of the franchisee and managers, including key carrying and alarm responsibilities.
  10. Merchandise advertising and promotional programs effectively.
  11. Perform any other duties necessary to ensure courteous service, competitive pricing, and store hygiene standards.

  • Flexibility to work various departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout shifts.
