Job summary

PPL is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support the Store Manager, open/close the location, and lead the frontline team. You will coach Retail Experts, protect operational standards and manage daily execution across people, inventory and customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring retail service experience, coaching ability, and solid knowledge of POS and scheduling. This role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for growth in a regulated, adult-only retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in retail or service-led roles.
• Experience coaching or supervising a team.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory, scheduling, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Key Holder: open/close, cash & controls, protect assets, escalate incidents, be on-duty leader.
• Lead frontline team: set priorities, run huddles, coach, onboard, schedule, develop talent.
• Protect consumer experience: ensure compliant, personalized service; handle escalations; monitor KPIs.
• Manage store operations: monitor stock, forecast orders, check merchandising, safety, and costs.
• Maintain SOPs and align with head-office direction.
