Job summary

Ambulance New Brunswick is seeking Primary Care Paramedics to join its emergency medical response team in New Brunswick. Paramedics provide critical medical support on scene and during transport, and must be registered with PANB.

Applicants should hold a PCP diploma and a NB Class 4 license, with the ability to work rotating shifts including nights and holidays. As a provincial service, ANB responds to 911 calls, transports patients to hospital, and supports air ambulance teams.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent resident, or work permit).
• Must be able to work all shifts and maintain good attendance.
• Must have a PCP program/course of over six months.
• Must be registered, active Paramedic with the Paramedic Association of New Brunswick (PANB).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients on scene and en route to hospitals.
• Respond to 911 calls and transport patients to hospital by ambulance.
• Adapt to unpredictable clinical presentations with emergency techniques.
