Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a diploma in the Social Services or Human Services field.

• Experience in frontline social service work and working with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Sign in for shift, read logbook entries and take on Fire Captain role during shifts.
• Process intakes, provide orientation, review house rules and complete triage.
• Enforce house rules, issue warnings, and document incidents and daily activities.
• Record intake/discharge data in SMIS and manage bed logs and queues.
• Distribute meals, monitor mealtimes, and supervise serving areas.
• Provide harm reduction resources and assist with donations and referrals.
• Perform wellness checks and respond to inquiries, maintain logs and orders.
