Qualifications

• 5-6 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Outstanding programming, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on professional experience developing production software with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of a daily workflow
• Client-side web development skills: Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node/NPM, React & Redux frameworks.
• Experience and familiarity in using web-based technologies, concepts, and constructs.
• Strong, demonstrable interest in software architecture and design.
• Knowledge of source control systems, especially Git & GitHub.
• Ability to work well in a team to deliver on team goals.
• Commitment to learning and self-development in both technical and non-technical skills.
• Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
