Salary Range: $85,000-95,000 CAD
Location: Remote (Canada) | Hybrid work at the We The Collective office is an available option for anybody working out of the Lower Mainland BC.

As a part of our Development team, the Frontend Developer role plays a key part in bringing our digital experiences to life. You’ll use your expertise in modern web technologies to build engaging and highly performant user interfaces for our diverse client base. This role involves everything from developing functional components to integrating new technologies and upholding our high standards for code quality.
What You’ll Do
The Frontend Developer role will provide critical support to our Development team, focusing on the creation and maintenance of robust and scalable frontend solutions. This role is responsible for spearheading the development of user-facing features, ensuring joyous user experience and adhering to best practices.
Beyond primary project development, you’ll actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal libraries, frameworks, and systems. You’ll proactively engage in peer reviews, uphold internal development standards, and research new technologies to enhance our projects, libraries, and workflows. This role also involves collaborating closely with designers, other developers, and both internal and external stakeholders to translate creative visions into seamless and interactive digital products.
