Summary :

Managing customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure cashier / merchandising staff comply with store policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing guidance and instruction.
• Implement loss prevention standards, manage cash inventory, and cashier tracking.

Customer Service :

• Maintain proper store image and uniform policy adherence.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and properly rotated.

General :

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed.
• Follow all policies, including loss prevention.
• Perform cashier duties when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to organize store operations independently.

Experience :

• Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of products and supplies.
