Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.

Why this role is important?

Summary:

Managing customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
• Train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
• Provide ongoing guidance and instruction

Loss Prevention:

• Implement all loss prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures

Customer Service:

• Ensure store employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy
• Answer inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks, etc.
• Resolve customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
• Promote the CSI Survey

Merchandising:

• Ensure shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation
• Set up and take down product displays as directed by the AFSM/FSM

General:

• Maintain standards of housekeeping and store image
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• Perform clerical and banking duties if needed
• Follow all store policies and procedures
• Execute loss prevention policies and procedures
• Perform other duties including cashier duties when necessary

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking related to organizing the store
• Problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

• Computer literate
• Organized with efficient time management skills
• Knowledge of products and supplies

Delivery Driver:

What you'll do:

• Ensure timely delivery of prescription medicines and other products
• Complete assigned paperwork
• Collect payments according to handling guidelines

What you'll need:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
