Front Store Supervisor - Availability till midnight required

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.

Why this role is important?

Summary: Managing customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and procedures.
  • Train cashiers/merchandisers in their roles.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and instruction.

Loss Prevention:

  • Implement loss prevention standards, manage cash inventory, and track cashier activities.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain proper store image according to policy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Promote the CSI survey.

Merchandising:

  • Keep shelves clean, organized, and properly stocked.

General:

  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Perform clerical and banking duties as needed.
  • Adhere to all policies, including loss prevention.
  • Perform cashier duties when required.

Qualifications:

  • Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
