Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing assistance and answering product-related inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front shop area, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Support promotional activities by informing customers about current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and elevate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales targets.
