Job summary

This role supports inventory control, training new staff, and enacting company policies to maintain high standards of service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities to contribute to sales targets and a welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Open and close the store and follow security protocols.
• Support inventory management and conduct counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Train and guide new staff.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies.
