We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Front Store Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our front store.

Job Overview:
As the Front Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front store. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth customer service, handling inventory management, and ensuring the store meets regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in customer service, has strong leadership skills, and has experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage front store staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Manage inventory, ensuring products are stocked and organized, and that inventory levels are maintained.
Ensure the front store area is clean, safe, and well-organized.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
Train, mentor, and evaluate front store staff to ensure proper procedures are followed and that all store policies are adhered to.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ensure the store adheres to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Assist with cash handling, sales tracking, and daily financial reconciliations.
Organize promotional activities and ensure that the store's visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate the placement of orders, monitor stock levels, and manage returns as necessary.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (College degree or higher education preferred).
Proven experience as a Front Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Previous experience working in a community pharmacy or retail environment is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of pharmacy products and services is a plus.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
