Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing role in New Brunswick. You will provide friendly service at the front end, handle payments, and support multiple store functions to ensure smooth operations.

The position emphasizes accuracy, daily shift availability, and a welcoming approach to customers. Training and a supportive team environment are offered as part of our Total Rewards program.

• Must be available days during the week.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures.
• Manage lotto services.
• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions.
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions.
• Assist in Front End Department functions.
• Maintain customer service desk area.
• Assist other departments and functions as required.
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
