Job summary

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This role offers a flexible schedule with day or evening shifts and needs open availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 665 Sackville Drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs at the service desk.

• Perform refunds or returns as needed.
• Assist in Front End Department functions.
• Keep the customer service desk area organized and clean.
• Support other departments and duties as required.
• Follow all applicable company standards and procedures.
