Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Front Store Clerk in Rosetown, Saskatchewan, to provide friendly customer service, handle cash, stock shelves, and support daily front-store duties. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, tidy aisles, and support front-store tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays.
• Follow store policies on security, shoplifting, and lottery handling.
• Monitor cash levels and request pickups when needed.
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed on new items.
• Manage sections and notify buyers of out-of-stock items.
• Assist in inventory maintenance and reordering processes.
• Support seasonal displays and promotions.
• Handle difficult customer situations with tact and escalate complaints.
• Report feedback to the store manager and stay productive between interactions.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Front Store Manager or Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager.

Pharmasave #418 is looking for a full-time Front Store Clerk to join our team in Rosetown, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly customer service by greeting all customers and handling inquiries courteously
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, tidy aisles, and support various front-store tasks
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including performing light janitorial duties and maintaining displays
• Follow store policies on security, shoplifting, and lottery ticket handling
• Monitor cash levels, anticipate change needs, and request pickups when necessary
• Develop strong product knowledge, stay informed about new items, and maintain awareness of store layout
• Merchandise products effectively using shelf labels, rotation, and facing techniques
• Manage allocated sections and notify buyers of out-of-stock items
• Assist in inventory maintenance and support reordering processes
• Support seasonal displays and promotional setups
• Handle difficult customer situations with tact and escalate complaints as needed
• Report customer feedback and concerns to the store manager
• Remain productive between customer interactions
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Front Store Manager or Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• The store operates Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Availability during weekdays and some weekends is required.
