You will support a fast-paced front-end environment, maintain an organized customer service desk, and assist other departments as required to deliver friendly, efficient service.

No previous experience required; partial high school is acceptable, and the role offers an opportunity to learn and grow with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
• Manage lotto services
• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
• Assist in Front End Department functions
• Maintain customer service desk area
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required
