Job summary

Lawtons is seeking a front-end associate to provide friendly customer service and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced setting. You will process payments, manage lotto services, and handle utility payments and returns with attention to detail.

You will support the Front End Department, maintain the service desk area, and assist other departments as needed while following company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Partial high school or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
• Manage lotto services
• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
• Assist in Front End Department functions
• Maintain customer service desk area
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required
