Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations ensuring seamless guest services, and leading a team of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff, ensuring team performance aligns with company standards.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Prepare schedules and assist with payroll submissions for front office team members.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Range:

$65,000 - $70,000 annually based on qualifications
