WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time Front Desk Agent (12 Month Contract)

Please join our Front Office team as a Front Office Agent. This exciting position was designed for our Guests to have a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?
- Assisting guest with check in and checkout
- Cashiering: Handling payments during check in and check out procedures.
- Assisting guests with luggage to and from their guestrooms
- Assisting with Valet parking vehicles
- Answering phone calls
- Handling guest concerns and inquiries and involving managers when needed.
- Providing guests with information about local attractions, restaurants in and around Calgary
- Arranging tours and excursions to Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise & Jasper etc.
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs
- Valid work authorization for Canada
- Rotating shift schedule, Morning/Afternoon/Overnights
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with 3 year history
Qualifications:
- Previous Front Desk experience is required.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS and other PMS is an asset.
- Previous hospitality experience in a fast paced guest facing environment

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $19 CAD per hour.
