Overview

Front of House Team Member / Client Specialist — Vancouver, Canada

As the first line of contact for Barry’s members, you will provide superior customer service while assisting with class selections, Fuel Bar orders, and merchandise purchases. You should be excited about meeting and greeting customers and helping build a strong Barry’s community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first class customer service at all times
  • Greet, assist and check in customers
  • Respond to customer questions at the studio, by phone and by email
  • Manage the studio membership database, register new clients, process membership payments, and maintain the client base
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times
  • Guide customers regarding latest studio promotions, membership discounts and special events
  • Deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar
  • Handle pre-orders and orders on the spot
  • Customize service to each customer’s needs
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings or nights
Required Experience & Qualifications
