Role Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Work outside in a drive-thru (year-round)
• Use POS software to take orders
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties
• Adhere to all Pathway training standards within the restaurant
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs
• Possess the ability to work in a high-demand environment while maintaining all above standards
