What you will do:

Cineplex VIP Cinemas is changing the movie-going experience with licensed lounges, luxurious reserved seats, and a diverse menu. The VIP Cinemas offers an exceptional service experience in an adults-only environment with a well-stocked bar and a variety of food options. We are looking for a Front of House (FOH) VIP Supervisor, reporting to the Front of House Manager. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading, training, supporting, coaching, motivating, and managing a dedicated team of FOH employees to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
2. Maintaining high guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality.
3. Enforcing policies, hiring, and reviewing staffing levels for hosts, servers, and bartenders.
4. Creating an engaging VIP ambiance by managing lighting, music, linen, glassware, food presentation, and cleanliness.
5. Reconciling end-of-night funds and managing stress in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proactively solving problems and resolving conflicts, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.

What you need to succeed:

• A passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to innovate in sales and food service activities.
• Preferably, safe food handling and Smart Serve certification.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• College or Hospitality degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar setting.
