Qualifications

• Actively lead shifts in support of senior leadership team members.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift.
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
• Handle guest concerns and compliments; motivate staff to be their best.
• Demonstrate energetic and positive leadership; promote inclusivity and diversity.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset.
