Overview

Responsibilities

• Balancing the opening and closing of daily sales accurately
• Ensuring day to day tasks are properly executed
• Facilitate Catering with the help and coordination of back of house staff
• Monitoring inventory for front and back of house and inventory of behind bar and reporting back to owner / manager
• Generate weekly and monthly sales report with all online applications and balancing
• Greeting and presenting menus, serving, and helping our customers select food / beverages
• Answering phone calls and calling customers regarding their orders in a professional manner
• Ensuring the cleanliness of front of house for when guests arrive
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively in a professional manner
• Lifting light to heavy items up to 50lbs

Requirements
