Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in Canada to assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and FOH team development. The role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience while upholding Boston Pizza standards and a positive work culture.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and support training and performance management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and works "Shoulder to Shoulder" with team members and coaches in the moment
• Driven to develop existing skills, and is consistently seeking new learning and skill-building moments
• Achieves goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members
