Your role:

  • Supervise front-end staff to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
  • Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist customers and address issues to ensure excellent customer service
  • Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Other related tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 1 year of team supervision experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
