We are looking for a Front End Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service and oversee our front-line teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervise front-end staff to maintain service standards
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist customers and address issues to ensure a positive experience
• Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

Qualifications include:

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• At least 1 year of team supervision experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Location: Gatineau, QC J8T 8J9

Workplace: On site

Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
