Become a vital part of RONA and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit positive! Your role includes:

• Supervising front-end staff to maintain service standards
• Overseeing register coverage and store supply usage
• Providing refunds and monitoring cash drawer amounts
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing issues
• Understanding, training, and promoting company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Training and mentoring new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure store operations

Requirements include:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of team supervision experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
