Job Title: Front End Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front End Supervisor to oversee daily front-end operations, lead cashier and customer service teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front-end team members including cashiers, customer service reps, and baggers
  • Ensure smooth and efficient customer checkout experiences
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front-end employees on performance and customer service
  • Monitor registers for accuracy and proper cash handling procedures
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage scheduling and shift coverage for front-end staff
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily cash reconciliation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
  • Uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
