Job description

Actively collaborate with the SCRUM Master and the Product Owner on various deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest technological trends.

Work with a rigorous methodology to deliver high-quality products.

Analyze and evaluate the complexity of user stories in the Product Backlog.

Participate in analysis and architecture planning for development tasks.

Develop increments ensuring the definition of done is respected.

Develop unit tests following the Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology.

Communicate with peers about encountered problems and seek assistance when necessary.

Participate in problem-solving efforts with peers as needed.

Personal qualities include: Change agent, dynamic, methodical, creative, leadership, involved.

Ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent time and priority management, customer and results-oriented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or DEC in management informatics (programming option).
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-End developer.
• Excellent knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Experience and strong skills in UX/UI design and development (C#, Razor, CSS, Material Design).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft development technologies (ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core).
• Good understanding of Windows OS and IIS web servers.
• Proven experience in front-end performance optimization.

Advantages:

• Experience with Agile philosophy, especially SCRUM.
• Experience with Kendo UI from Telerik.
