Job summary

Walmart Canada in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a front-end associate to support transactions and customer service. You will greet customers, process purchases, and assist with self-checkout, bagging, and loading of merchandise, while promoting sponsor programs and maintaining safety.

This role starts at a minimum hourly rate and requires a friendly, attentive approach to ensure a positive shopping experience and loyalty. On-site position in Lethbridge, Alberta.

• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
