Job summary

Safeway in Halifax is seeking friendly cashiers to provide exceptional service at the front end. You will process transactions accurately, manage the cash drawer, and assist customers with inquiries.

Role includes assisting in lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and maintaining front-end merchandise while supporting other departments as needed. Training of junior staff may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy skills essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
