We are looking for an ambitious Jr to Intermediate Fullstack Engineer / Developer. You are passionate about technology but pragmatic in applying it to real-world engineering problems. You have experience launching new products and scaling them. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Please note that although this role is remote, you are required to be located in Canada, preferably in the Greater Toronto Region.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a small but impactful team with significant ownership and autonomy.
• You will architect key systems and anticipate strategic and scaling challenges through thoughtful long-term planning.
• You will design, prototype, and develop solutions supporting highly reliable, scalable, and performant SaaS products.
• You will manage relationships with other engineering teams and collaborate across functions.

Requirements:

• BS (or MS / PhD) in Computer Science or a related engineering field involving coding.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with React, Node.js, and Typescript.
• Solid CS fundamentals with deep knowledge in one or more areas.
• Proven track record of technical expertise in a company with a strong engineering culture.
• Experience setting technical strategy for significant initiatives.
• Experience with shipping software.
