We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members
Process and file client documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance needs
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
Provide support to senior staff as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or office administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
