YWCA Hamilton is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily operations at the Front Desk. This role requires excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a focus on promoting an inclusive and equitable environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and a passion for supporting women, children, and families.

Maintain the daily operations of the Front Desk including reception, customer service, membership and program sales, in addition to member/client/community support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKING CONDITIONS: May be required to work a variety of day, afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
