• Complete job tasks in a timely manner according to department standards.
• Follow department and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• This is a uniformed position; team members must adhere to appearance standards while on duty.
• Greet guests promptly with a smile and pleasant disposition.
• Sort, date-stamp, and rack incoming mail and messages.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts, manually or via computer.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Post and correct charges to guest folios as needed.
• Make and confirm room reservations for guests.
• Assist in group sales efforts as directed by Hotel Leadership.
• Complete reports as assigned by your supervisor.
• Answer incoming calls professionally; alert other operators to calls holding.
• Transfer calls to proper extensions.
• Make paging announcements clearly and professionally.
• Establish accurate player accounts, issue cards, and explain programs.
• Update accounts with changes and gather missing information.
• Answer questions about programs, services, and local amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the area, including the Hotel Lobby.
• Handle cash and paperwork properly, organized and neat.
• Conduct yourself professionally to reflect a positive image.
• Learn about coupons and expiration dates.
• Assist in training new team members to meet standards.

• Must be at least 17 years old.
