Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

Check Guests in and out efficiently and accurately

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred

Opera experience would be an asset

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Availability to work evenings, weekend and holidays as needed

Must be able to work alone or in a team setting
