As the practice continues to expand, they’re seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the vital link between patients and practitioners — someone who brings energy, accuracy, and empathy to every interaction.

This is more than a reception role — it’s a chance to help shape the patient experience from first contact to final follow-up, all while working with a respectful, close-knit team that values your input.

What You’ll Do: Be the Pulse of the Practice

Your ability to stay organized, calm, and professional will help keep daily operations smooth and patients feeling well cared for. You’ll:

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism; confirm details and keep records up to date

  • Coordinate appointments to maximize clinical efficiency and minimize wait times

  • Handle phone and email inquiries with clarity and courtesy

  • Submit insurance claims and pre-determinations (including CDCP and AccertaWorks), and verify coverage details

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software

  • Liaise with denturists and dental technicians to ensure seamless patient care

  • Pitch in to reset operatories between patients as needed, supporting clinical flow

  • Maintain the front office space to reflect the high standard of care delivered by the clinic

  • Follow all privacy and policy protocols while helping foster a respectful team culture

What You Bring: Precision and People Skills

We’re looking for a strong communicator and multitasker who brings experience and a patient-first mindset.

  • At least 1 year of dental reception experience (required)

  • Familiarity with the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and insurance claims

  • Comfortable with dental software for scheduling and billing

  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar tools (asset)

  • Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive and supportive attitude

  • A genuine interest in working as part of a collaborative and respectful team

Why Join This Team?

This role offers more than stability — it offers purpose and professional growth in a supportive setting.

  • Competitive pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour, based on experience

  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)

  • A meaningful role in a growing clinic with a strong community reputation

  • A respectful, team-based work culture focused on shared success and quality care
