We're looking for afull-timeFront Desk Coordinator to join ourWinnipeg Grant team!

Responsibilities:

As part of our front desk team, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers with a smile, assisting customers with appointment scheduling, directing requests appropriately, providing accurate information, assisting with appointment payments, as well as several administrative tasks, special projects and events.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The applicant must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills to react quickly, problem solve efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain first-class operational standards at all times
  • StrongTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a spa or medical environment is considered an asset
  • Must have a very positive and action-oriented attitude
  • Must be available Saturdays & evening shifts may be required
