Job summary

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a remote lodge near Geraldron, ON. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, reservations, and information reference, with escalation of guest concerns as needed.

The position involves a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation, 10-hour shifts, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, meals and accommodations on site, and transportation arranged by the company. Training and development opportunities are also provided.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

• Understand guests need and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Fulfills special requests made by hotel guests and participates in the organization of special events
• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
• Coordinate guest itineraries, prior to the guest’s arrival, for requests received via phone, fax and e-mail

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is currently hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a remote lodge located near Geraldron, ON. At Aramark, we take pride in delivering high standards of service and safety.

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.

What to Expect

This is a remote, rotational position located approximately FILL hours from CITY, PROVINCE. Employees live and work on-site for the duration of their rotation.

The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $20.91.
