Processes all guest check-ins and check-outs.
Processes all payment types such as room charges, debit, or credit.
Answers, records, and processes all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Coordinates with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
Supplies guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
Runs daily reports, identifies any special requests, and checks reports for accuracy.
Takes and makes reservations.
Learns and applies hotel policies regarding procedures, safety, property management systems, etc.
Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
