Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates in Toronto to greet members, answer calls, and manage inquiries with professionalism and warmth. The role supports multiple shifts, including opening, mid-day, and closing times, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You will maintain member accounts, assist other departments, and uphold the brand’s high standards of service in a premium wellness setting. A friendly, energetic personality and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone.
• Must have evening and weekend availability.

Job Description

Pay Transparency: $17.60/hour

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience

• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing

• Must have evening and weekend availability

Availability requirements: at least 3 of 4 of the following shifts

• Weekday opening shifts 5:15am - 12:00pm
• Weekday midday shifts 12:00pm - 5:00pm

A secondary availability need: Weekday closing shifts: 5:00pm - 10:15pm

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs at a time
