Job summary

Equinox Yorkville is hiring a Male Locker Room Associate to keep male locker rooms clean and well stocked while delivering excellent member service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

You will assist with towel management, organize storage spaces, and help during special events. The role emphasizes guest care, teamwork, and a proactive maintenance mindset.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Pay Transparency: $17.95/hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Male locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the male locker room
• Assist with special events
• Notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention
