Job summary

Equinox Toronto is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to greet members, answer phones, respond to questions, and support daily operations with a high level of service. You will maintain member accounts, assist other departments, and help create a welcoming, efficient club experience for members and guests while working flexible shifts.

Minimum 1 year in customer service and a high school diploma are required; you should be computer literate, friendly, and outgoing to thrive in a fast-paced

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs at a time
